Swift Mortgages is based in Bedfordshire.

A lender can only offer you their own mortgage products.
Some brokers and agents can only offer mortgage products from a limited panel of lenders.
Swift Mortgages offers mortgages from across the Whole Market which means we should be able to find you the right mortgage at the right price.

About Heide

My name is Heide Swift and I have lived in Bedfordshire for the past 16 years.

I have one teenaged son and a dog so most of my spare time is spent running around after the son and walking the dog!

Whether you’re looking for a new property or considering *re-financing your existing home, I can help you review your circumstances and establish how much you may be able to borrow by accessing lenders from across the whole of the market, some of which are not available directly to the general public.

Heide’s Weekly Blog – 05/01/2018

Hello everyone. Happy new year to you all – hard to believe it’s 2018 already!

2017 was a bit of a roller coaster for me, generally, with highs and lows.

In January I qualified in Equity Release and was able to add the letters CeRER after my name! That was one of my goals for the year so I managed to achieve it fairly quickly. This year my target is to build on that and actually develop more business for it as the general consensus is that the demand for equity release and later life lending is increasing significantly.

In April I re-branded myself as Swift Mortgages. My structure of working remained the same – I am still self-employed and am now a trading style of the same company. Since January I had been working with Intrada Innovations on my website and I wouldn’t have known how much work goes into creating even a fairly simple website so that wasn’t as straightforward or quick as I had expected it to be – but thanks to Deborah and David for your continued patience and support. The delay between creating the website and then getting it authorised for publication was quite a long one as a few tweaks were needed before we were given the go-ahead!
