- Treating your personal details in the strictest of confidence at all times and not disclosing your personal information to anybody else unless required to do so in the process of our business agreement.
- Explaining in detail the significance and implications of any products that we discuss with you.
- Maintaining a comprehensive training and competence regime to make sure all our staff are able to provide you with a well informed, clear and accurate service.
- Ensuring that that you are kept up to date with the ongoing process from application to the point when your mortgage completes.
